CWC Design Competition

The Wetlands Information Centre will be established at the Total North Gas Complex (after the Candaba viaduct), North Expressway, Apalit, Pampanga.  Located at the edge of Candaba swamp in the Apalit area, the Information Centre is planned to be a part of a complex that also includes the development of a Wetlands Interpretive Site.

The Wetlands Information Centre is intended to provide basic information about the importance of wetlands, specifically the Candaba swamps, so that their functions and ecological services are appreciated by the general public. The Interpretive Center, on the other hand, is designed to provide experiential learning activities for those who wish to have a more meaningful appreciation of wetlands and its wise use.
