The
Project was launched in the afternoon of 23
February 2009 at Kabisera ng Dencio's in Bonifacio
Global City of the City of Taguig.

Discussed during the launching event, which was attended
by the local government officials and staff of the
municipalities of Angono, Binangonan, and Pateros
and two cities of Muntinlupa and Taguig, were the
details of the project . Also
present were Sangguniang Kabataan leaders and heads of the local high schools of the
aforementioned municipalities and cities.
