The
Ecological Camp for the youth of Binangonan was held on
25 - 27 November 2009 at the Lake Villa. The 3-day Eco-Camp was attended by
thirty-six (36) youth, eight (8) of whom are Sangguniang Kabataan
(Youth Council) of Binangonan.

The Eco-Camp was an important vehicle to enable the
participants to be more aware of their important role
and stake in the conservation of Laguna de Bay.
The participants were able to identify problems
affecting the lake and craft solutions that they
themselves will implement with the support of their
schools and/or communities.
