Membership Guidelines |
|
|
General
Principles
All
aspiring applicants to the Network should subscribe to the overall
goal of the CLEAR Partnership. As Network members, they should be
willing to share resources towards the attainment of the common
objectives and the current Lake Goals.
|
Eligibility
for Membership
An organization is eligible for membership to the Network
if:
| 1. |
It
operates of implements projects/activities within the Lake Basin,
that is supportive of the overall goal of the CLEAR partnership;
|
| 2. |
Its
nature of business and/or activities/operation is not in conflict
with CLEAR objectives and goals; and |
| 3. |
It
is a duly recognized or a registered organization. |
|
Documentation
Requirements for Membership Application
Each applicant should submit the following:
| 1. |
Photocopy
of the SEC or DTI Registration or equivalent document; |
| 2. |
Names
of its current Board of Directors and Officers or its
equivalent; and |
| 3. |
One-page
profile of the organization stating its objectives and ongoing
projects/activities. |

| 1. |
Secure
and Application Form by downloading through the CLEAR website
(see below),
by calling the CLEAR Secretariat c/o SCPW [tel.nos. (63)(2)6377-2409], or
through the SCPW office at -

Submit
the accomplished forms along with the documentation
requirements mentioned above by mailing to CLEAR Secretariat

| 2. |
Screening
of applicants will be done by the Membership Committee which
is composed of 1 representative each from the CLEAR partners,
and two representatives chosen from among the existing network
members. In the interim, the CLEAR partners will first appoint
these 2 representatives.

| 3. |
The
Membership Committee will meet once every quarter to screen
applicants.
|
| 4. |
Accepted applicants will be informed through the
most efficient means of communication and through a written
notification duly signed by the Membership Committee.
|
| 5. |
All
Network members will be presented during the Annual
Stakeholders� Conference where they will be presented with a
plaque.
|
|
As
CLEAR Network Members, you will have the following benefits

| 2. |
Access
to CLEAR databases |
| 3. |
A
maximum of a 3-page website created by CLEAR to the CLEAR
website. (For those without existing organization Internet
site) |
