The Cultutal Center of the Philippines mounts
"
Sibol 2007"
on April 22, 2007, with the theme, "Culture for Life," emphasizing the role
of artists and the cultural sector in realizing the International Earth Day theme of "Stewardship in Action."

"Sibol 2007" will begin at 7 a.m. with CCP employees' cleanup operation throughout the Complex grounds, a symbolic gesture of environmental stewardship on a personal level.  This will be followed by a series of activities.

"Sibol 2007" will culminate in the evening with a light and sound show,
highlighting the urgent need to conserve and protect the environment.

Endangered Tales Radio Trivia Contest
na kasalukuyang mapapakinggan sa NU 107 (107.5) at Jam 88.3 sa Metro Manila. Nagsimula na ito noong Abril 8 at  patuloy itong mapapakinggan hanggang sa Earth day, Abril 22, 2007.  Hintayin ang segment sa mga programa ng naturang radio station at sumali sa radio contest at manalo ng alin man sa mga sumusunod:
  • Center for Environmental Awareness and Education T-SHIRT & BAG
  • Children of the Mountains DVD
  • 2 tickets for Endangered Tales (to be shown on April 22 @ SM Megamall Cinema 8)
