Do we want less or more of government? We want less of government, but we crave for more services that they can provide. How can we reconcile these two conflicting views? By making government online instead of inline. By using the power of ICT to reach out to more people, without adding more manpower.

This is the questions that we will be asking in this conference. Hopefully, by asking the right questions, we may arrive at the right answers.

Our city is currently eyeing on building a Museo Pambata in Tagaytay. We already consulted Ms. Nina Lim-Yuson, Museo's CEO, about our plan. She informed us that an LGU which wants to have its own Museo should first undergo a series of training. She suggested that we contact other municipalities which also want to have their local museo's. i just want to know if anyone has already gone through the said training. Kindly describe your experience. we'd also like to know if anyone in the group are also planning to go through the training. Ms Lim told us that it would be better to have it in groups so as to maximize the costs.

We launched our Pista ng Pag-ibig sa Tagaytay last Feb. 7-14, 2004. It is a one week celebration. All schools from the city were presented their own style in Street Dancing with the same music. We had also a contest on the following categories: Mutya ng Pag-ibig, Ms. Gay, Birit Bulilit, Singing Drivers, Senior Citizen's Dance Contest.
