Forging Partnerships in Local eGovernment Ventures

Do we want less or more of government? We want less of government, but we crave for more services that they can provide. How can we reconcile these two conflicting views? By making government online instead of inline. By using the power of ICT to reach out to more people, without adding more manpower.
This is the questions that we will be asking in this conference. Hopefully, by asking the right questions, we may arrive at the right answers.
