| Include NGO/POs in the consultation of policies and researches made by Forest Development Center. |
| Provide financial and non-financial incentives to communities |
| Lower or cancel the forest charges on forest products by considering the unpaid forest management efforts of the communities. |
| All members of the Trust Fund Committee must be selected through LGU/NGO/PO
consultation. Include in the structure of Trust Fund Committee of
Sustainable Forest Management Fund at least one (1) NGO and POs representing
IP/Upland Community. |

| Review of the mining investor’s credentials, making sure that they have no bad track records. |
| Provide the community with basic services, benefits and livelihood programs that would make them sustainable and capable on their own and not depending on the mining project alone. |
