done by men and take pride in it.

ran out contributed largely to the success of the project as it ensured the continuous
care needed.
- Transparency in all aspects (from fund management to planning and implementation
of activities).
- Support and commitment from PNOC and the New Zealand Government amid the many obstacles
that stemmed from their being perceived as development aggressors.
