The CLEAR partnership has always endeavor to provide a venue for stakeholders to exchange information and discuss current and emerging issues relevant to the conservation of Laguna de Bay.

To extend the reach of IEC to the local communities, the Wetlands Caravan:  Laguna de Bay was launched. Wetlands Caravan is a IEC campaign that employs a more participative and community driven approach, giving emphasis on the specific needs and uses of Laguna de Bay to a particular community.  It is a series of fora focused on local issues, and is designed to elicit response from the community in terms of how they see the Laguna de Bay as a resource that can be used in a sustainable manner.  This approach is under the CEPA Program of the SCPW.
